CORSALOGIC Race Control — Terms of Service

Effective July 2026 · CorsaLogic ("we", "us") · This is a binding agreement between you and CorsaLogic governing use of the Race Control service at racecontrol.corsalogic.com (the "Service").

1. ACCOUNTS AND SEATS

Each account is licensed to one named individual or team seat. Sharing account credentials is prohibited. The Service enforces a limit on concurrent sessions per account; circumventing it is a violation of these terms. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure.

2. LICENSE AND RESTRICTIONS

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your own motorsport activities. You may not:

• copy, redistribute, resell, publish, or rebroadcast any data, displays, or outputs of the Service, including live timing data, strategy calculations, and insights;
• scrape, crawl, or programmatically extract data from the Service;
• reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works of the Service or its software;
• use the Service to build or assist a competing product.

3. TIMING DATA

Live and historical timing data presented by the Service originates from series timing providers and remains the property of its respective owners (including IMSA and Al Kamel Systems). Your use of that data through the Service is for your team's own competitive purposes only.

4. AVAILABILITY AND ADVISORY NATURE

The Service provides estimates, predictions, and advisory information (including strategy, fuel, weather, rules answers, and race-procedure indications such as pass-around eligibility). These are aids, not guarantees. All competition decisions and their consequences are yours; official determinations belong to the sanctioning body. The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind; we do not warrant uninterrupted availability during sessions.

5. PAYMENT AND TERMINATION

Access is activated upon payment and may be suspended or terminated for non-payment or violation of these terms. We may terminate accounts that violate Section 2 immediately and without refund.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CorsaLogic's total liability arising out of the Service is limited to the amounts you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including competition results.

7. PRIVACY

We store your account details (name, email, hashed password), session records, and administrative logs needed to operate the Service. We do not sell your data. Transactional email is delivered via our email provider.

8. CHANGES

We may update these terms; material changes will be communicated to the email on your account. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
